On the bright side, the rooms were stylish and well-equipped, with a handy microwave and fridge. the business amenities, including the reliable Wi-Fi and business center, were conducive to getting work done efficiently. While the pet-friendly policy is a nice touch, the focus on essential services such as 24-hour reception and luggage storage was appreciated. Overall, Hotel Derek has potential as a business traveler's haven, but improvements in cleanliness and pest control are crucial for a seamless experience.
